Yes indeed, it’s a vibraphone (there’s a good story behind how I wound up with that particular one! Too long for here though!). And yes yes yes…Gary Burton is insanely good. I’m absolutely nowhere near his level, but I find vibes useful when recording certain songs. It’s interesting to see how my creativity and drive to create new music again, after a period of inactivity, has gone through the roof, right at the same time as I got sober. Weird huh? It’s almost as if the booze wasnt helping! Crazy.
