Thank you Jazzy… I’ve been away and thought I’d check in somewhere and here looked good lol. My therapist doubled my psychoactive meds so I’ve been away trying to adjust.

Thats good! Start building a strong foundation. Get some good support that you can call whenever you get the urges. A lot online marathon meetings also for when you need to share or listen.
