29 days is outstanding Mel – you are crushing it my friend. I totally get the getting stronger yet feeling vulnerable. I have this message that i read to myself as a reminder --that i am still vulnerable and in being so i am making myself stronger.
You are about to hit that first 30 day milestone love and what a thrill that will be. I know its a hard road and some days feel impossible but you are doing this for you and making it work (pushing through the vulnerabilities). Go on and flex the sober muscles cause you are a badass rockstar!
