250 days! I like this number.
It was good day and my mood was great which leads me to eating like there is no tomorrow. Stuffed myself with sugar, sugar and more sugar.
I really have to start controlling this…
I must restart my “extra sugar” and “overeating” counters 
But most important counter is still on 250 and counting!

Sugar and crisps have been my heel since I quit booze.
I realised chocolate gives me headaches so that was easy to quit. Then my annual blood tests flagged up raised triglycerides. Nothing too bad but I’m using that as a motivator to jib the crisps and watch out for too much fat.
It’s not easy!! I’m trying to strike a balance. I can’t be too good. A sensible amount of dry fruit helps instead of sweets and cake.
