I enjoyed myself quite a bit. I actually enjoyed being present, walking around, people watching, singing, eating my brisket nachos , enjoyed with an ice cold Pepsi I haven’t had in a while. Pretty much only drink coffee and water lol, but I splurged. I actually left early too. Who am I?! lol. I’ll never forget this one.

Post self care day smile

Ran a 5k, did a yoga class followed by an hour of stand up paddle boarding (which was amazing and I loved it so much) then took myself to lunch and got a reflexology leg massage. Now snuggling with Haley and probably gonna take a nap.
Feeling pretty amazing
