I literally do the same, I took so many pictures when I was messed up, and like I’ll go back and look at them, and I’ll remember every feeling I was having, and what drug I used or did that night and I just love looking at them so I can remember. Looking good keep it up:)

Several friends in Maine have put back up Christmas lights outside and inside. They still have snow (just got a bunch more last night), so the pics I have seen look festive and Christmasy!

I will normally never do a selfie, but since im on my second day after relapse, i will make it for a change and so i can hopefully see a difference as days go by. Its ugly, but it might remind me why not to do so ever again.

Yes it might be a wierd approached but i think maybe it can make a tiny difference. And a reminder to myself why im choosing to fight cause honestly there is nothing happy in the person above. Im sure if im fighting my way through the days i might find a smile

I’m only going to be looking at your eyes, when I start seeing more happiness and confidence in them as the days go by this will be what’s important. Life might feel upside down but it works from the inside out.
