Lucky bugger, aging gracefully
you girls!
I agree with Geoff! No filters needed, Salty!
Much more soothing on the eyes than the elusive jackalope.
Dude! Cut you hair, you damn metal head hippy!
Itās his Jesus complex coming through Megan.
I took this yesterday at a special needs event some of students were doing.
They were awesome! Iām proud of what they have accomplished
Thank you for all you do with special needs @Frank68! My daughter is one of them and we need more people like you.
Congratulations on the 200 days Kristen. Sobriety looks awesome on youā¦
Thank you!
Congratulations! Sobriety looks good on you.
Thx @Lisa07! Iāve been teaching dedicated special needs classes since 2015. Martial arts can be so beneficial for people with special needs.
Interesting, I didnāt know that. Iām always looking for things to do since she doesnāt have good coordination. Thanks for the idea.
@Frank68 is 100% correct! Martial arts training has been shown to benefit numerous physical and mental conditions, including Parkinsonās. There is an older gentleman at my school who began classes on the recommendation of his doctor. Heās been coming for about 6 months. Our instructors assign a higher belt student as his training partner on a rotating basis, and I have been his partner about a half-dozen times. I have noticed tremendous improvement in his strength, balance, and coordination over this period. At first, he couldnāt kick (no balance), and his punches where like feathers. Now he can kick at knee level, and his punches are much stronger, because he can shift his weight, and rotate his torso into the strike.
Thank you @Yoda-Stevie. Iām definitely going to get my daughter into this and I think sheāll like it. Sheās so frustrated with her limitations and this is something she can do. I love all the suggestions on this app. You guys are not only helping me, youāre helping my family.
Congratulations on 200!
Great job on 200 days. Sober looks good on you! Keep it going.
