Nice goatee! I like where the sides don’t connect to the bottom. Very cool!

Have you seen those Lumos cycle helmets with the but in indicators menno. I’m thinking of ordering myself one. :slightly_smiling_face:

No they’re new for me Pants. Nice concept. However, as a Dutchie it’s something to wear a helmet at all. I only do on my road bike and I never ride that in the dark. My city bikes have lights these days, and that’s something. Didn’t bother to have that for 30 years or so. Most people still don’t have any lights on their bikes in a town like Amsterdam. No one wears a helmet. So if you ever come here beware of invisible cyclists at night, especially when you drive a car :dark_sunglasses:

I’m sorry to say that I’ve caused a couple of minor accidents in Amsterdam by stumbling out of coffee shops stoned straight in to the cycle lanes, I’ve been to Amsterdam twelve times and would love to come back and probably will next year.
I also wrecked a wheel on a bike that I hired there once by hitting a kerb, I had forgotten that the bike had no brakes. I paid for the damage though. :+1::slightly_smiling_face:
Amsterdam by all time favourite city break with Paris a close second. :slightly_smiling_face:

Typical tourist yes. I see tourists as moving objects that have to be avoided just like all other oblects, moving or not. And a hired bike without brakes? Hm. Maybe just the kick back one and not the hand brakes you’re used to? Anyhow, if you’re interested let me know when you come. Might be nice to visit a (non cannabis) coffeeshop together or something.

Yes it was one where I think your meant to put your foot on the back tyre to slow you down.
I am definitely going to come back over maybe for my 9 or 12 months soberversary so that would be nice, thanks.
Perhaps this time I will travel around Holland a bit as I won’t be smoking, I have always wanted to see more of your country. :+1::slightly_smiling_face:
