I am over six months sober. It is not hard anymore. I do not miss alcohol at all. It never gave me anything. I lost any reason why I should want drink. Seems totally silly now. And all I needed to do was get over my false thinking that alcohol was the thing which made me feel better Ahahaha, I was so silly! I have lost 16 years of my life to get this experience and gratitude for sober life. I could cry for my lost. But I chose to be happy for all I have earned instead. I do not look back unless I need to remember why I am now so blessed. My present and future life is what I am concentrating on now. I am feeling so happy! Blessed. And Grateful
