I post alot of sober selfies , so I apologise for that. I literally just love seeing the changes and watching myself grow. Got myself a haircut yesterday as well. It feels good to finally start taking care of myself. For so long I was letting myself look like complete shit

You’d never guess they were $9 frames from Walmart! $38 altogether with the lenses!

I have! …and I keep forgetting to look into it  and you are absolutely correct. Thanks for the reminder!

Just had my ice bath, good god I forgot how much those hurt at the start before you go numb! But a great feeling when you get out and the blood starts rushing

Mike you’re doing super fantastic! I love watching your progress and how you’re helping others here, too! Get those sweeties at 0200 if you have to, no harm in it, and stay on track as you’ve been doing so well! Your pic really speaks for itself! :star_struck:

Fabulous transformation!

You tube video with the new you please. I’m so pleased to hear you love yourself, its what life is all about.

Love it, A lot of people stumble at the 30 to 40 day mark but seems to me you’ve coming into your own now. Bet you genuinely do feel like smiling now. :slightly_smiling_face:

This is so inspiring!

I also go to shopping centres! I feel safe there when I’m having a tough time. Always something going on, and lots of people

Beautiful pic!

Nice fish!

I am over six months sober. It is not hard anymore. I do not miss alcohol at all. It never gave me anything. I lost any reason why I should want drink. Seems totally silly now. And all I needed to do was get over my false thinking that alcohol was the thing which made me feel better  Ahahaha, I was so silly! I have lost 16 years of my life to get this experience and gratitude for sober life. I could cry for my lost. But I chose to be happy for all I have earned instead. I do not look back unless I need to remember why I am now so blessed. My present and future life is what I am concentrating on now. I am feeling so happy! Blessed. And Grateful
