Approaching 3 years sober in August !

I’ve had a few crazy turbulent life changes in the past few years - Losing my Dad, my 10 year relationship ending, learning to live on my own, and gradually confronting all of the things that put the fear of god in me. (Including selfies!) Fear can take a running jump

Feeling thankful to have this gift of sobriety and to be on this journey with you all.

Has anyone ever got back from the bar at 2am, met up with their marrage partner and kids and said
“Oh yes hunny the bar was lovley. I told them all about you and martha brought cake, and i brought some home for the kids”
And this turn out good?
