I didn’t really want to tell people about my birthday but I was quickly reminded it’s not just about me so here it is. I was struggling when I first joined the forum and reading back I can see I wasn’t ready and not getting sober for myself first. Last year that changed and I have finally realised there is life beyond alcohol and it’s pretty good. Celebrating in isolation was unexpected but I’m so grateful to be here. I’m not the most outgoing person on here but visit daily and love to see so many people kicking ass

Dude, know that feeling very well. My motherboard on my big PC shit the bed the other day and I had to fix it. Wasn’t about to throw the thing away, I’ve spent sooooo much money on it. So I learned how to rebuild it! And it WORKS! And it works BETTER! I upgraded a bit with the motherboard and power supply. I was so nervous, but thanks to lots of YouTube and some advice from friends I killed it! Haha, it ended up being pretty underwhelming in the end.
