Which lifts cause the elbow pain? Squats are difficult to perfect… keep the weight on your heels, i recommend squat shoes, i love mine… I’d also recommend elbow and knee sleeves. Feel free to send a message anytime.

Well so when I’ve done my squats, i can feel a nerve going down to my left elbow tingle, and when I’m doing my bench I’ll get some pain, I’ve switched my grip and make sure my shoulders are tucked in. Maybe I’m just trying to heavy. I’m not sure if I should go for less weight and more reps? What site do u use to buy your stuff

Do you have a shoulder impingement? It can be fixed with stretches, i would check out some videos on Youtube. Squatting is hard on shoulders too. I’ve bought most of my stuff on Amazon. I have adidas powerlift 4 shoes and iron bull sleeves that i use the most.

Thanks, I know what you mean. I have been exhausted lately since quitting booze. Actually just woke up from a nap and headed to the grocery store.

My shoulders are definitely fucked, I dislocated them so many times back when I raced dirtbikes. I do try some of the shoulder stuff I’ve seen on YouTube, I’ll check out some more tho, and gonna ordered some elbow sleeves

Enjoyed the sunshine and jumping in mud now about to take a bath with the hose because I’m covered from the waist down in mud

Great work Mike, main thing is not to compare yourself to others, it’s a slippery slope and can result in body dismorphia, focus on being the best version of yourself, it’s good to have short and long term goals to keep you motivated, the most important thing is consistency! And remember Rome wasn’t built in a day :muscle: just keep chipping away, good diet and change your workout every 10 to 12 week to maintain progression, track the weight your lifting to ensure progressive overload of the muscle, and the key to success is enjoyment  if you enjoy it it’s sustainable and becomes an integral part of your life, if there’s an exercise you hate doing, swap it out for an alternative :man_dancing:
