Day 120!!! I freaking made it!!! Itās been some of the longest days I have had at times. I spent the day by the pool with some very close family friendsā¦pizza, pool and lots of laughs!!!

Gyms open in Finland?

I was thinking about gyms the other day as I was going five days a week before all this madness happened and Iām not sure if Iāll be returning. They say that the viruses particles can sit in the air for up to thirty minutes. That plus the fact air is just recirculated, they might be worse than restaurants because people are walking around. I know itās a low percentage of getting it by doing dead lifts where someone else was just standing but Iām from New Jersey where we all are freaked out about just leaving our houses lol

Iām surprised by that, just looking at the numbers in Finland compared to Oz and and our gyms have been closed for 2 months 
Yeah I definitely think that both countries have done well in doing the right thing and getting shut down quickly. I feel for other countries I wonāt mention
I hope I donāt have to ever hear Mariah Carey sing but thatās a different problem. Iād love to visit Finland but the closest I got was Poland, maybe one day
