Good job.
We have a workout called the “Silverback”. Only 95 pounds but its 10 overhead presses, 10 front squats, 10 bent over rows, 10 dead lifts then 10 squats. That is one set. Repeat 9 more times. Ends up being 500 reps and 47,000 pounds moved!

Day 95. It has been so warm and sunny in Michigan lately that it has lightened my hair a lotttt haha but ill take being able to be outside !
