It’s Snapseed actually - loads of features! I normally use Pixlr for most edits, but Snapseed is even more powerful.
I’ll look at ReFace…

Oh gosh thank you so much… my self esteem hasn’t been good since I started, I only ever felt confident or attractive when I was drunk, trying to love myself as I am now… so thank you x

So fun!!! Hope you guys enjoyed the day! Great memories

Ahaha, I know the feeling very well! I was the same. Well, I can tell you that I was far away from attractivity or any charisma when I was drunk. Alcohol made me to believe in things which weren’t true. But for a very long time I couldn’t see it.
Now I am so much more confident and I became to be person who I even haven’t dreamt about that I could ever be  Sobriety is now my new life style and that’s how I feel good about myself. I believe that you’ll get there too!

What was the most interesting is that I just got stuck in the age when I started drink (16yo) and I haven’t really grew up since then (I mean mentaly). I was crazy, jealous, with such childish way of behaviour. Since I stopped drinking all of this dissapeared and I feel more like a women with brain haha. My boyfriend is impressed how much one can change. I am impressed too. As I said - I am the best version of myself and I love it!! :hugs::sunglasses:

That’s amazing to hear, it makes me so hopeful! Have you got any tips on self care or self love in these few days in my new life? Wine always made me feel so confident in myself, I’m hoping to replace that with genuine self love and confidence but struggling the last few days. Any advice from your personal experience would be so appreciated :butterfly:

I must say that I did nothing special except observing. I had no idea who I am and what I like. I always loved running so I started run a lot. Running is a form of meditation for me because it always give me very good feeling when it’s finished and clarity about whatever I think about when doing the run. So it was (and still is) no. 1 how to just calm down my soul and get an answer to my questions.
I listened to podcast from Paul Churchil, too. I did it every day because most of the stories in there had something in common with me and it helped me to understand to what I am actually trying to achieve. You can either find it on You Tube or download Podbean app. The name of the podcast is “Recovery Elevator”.
Otherewise I was concentrating on learning how to treat myself. I was stronger than I thought, I discovered a lot of my hidden qualities. It was really more about becoming know all the potential I didn’t know about. I was/am impressed with myself and so it’s easy for me to love myself. Although there is still more space for more self-love. But I did really well I think.
I don’t know what exactly I’d recommend to you. Just listen to yourself and to your heart. Find out what you like to do and do it! Concentrate on healing and keep on checking here :hugs:

I love podcasts, I never thought of trying a recovery one, I listen to them whenever I go walking which I’ve done every day the last 5 days, so I’ll give that a listen! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and go you :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::heart:
