Day 21. Bella wants to join me in a morning yoga stretch. 8 year old is at school and I miss him already. Time to stretch the body, heal the mind and enjoy this beautiful day.

Bit of dress up for the viking community, my partner and I really are enjoying getting involved with learning all things vikings. And we both have multiple years sober, it’s great that we have the confidence in sobriety to do these things

One of my reasons I stay sober right here! I’m so proud if this young man. The bond between mother and son is so special… I’m so lucky and thankful.
