Drink a truck load of water 3-4 Litres a day… You will be going to the bathroom alot but I promise you your skin will thank you. It’s a game Changer. I know it’s as old as time, drink water etc… But it is liquid gold. It’s hard to fit in that many litres I know myself I had to really commit to it, but I set timers on my phone so I remembered and always had my litre bottle with me. Your skin will glow I promise.

Thanks luv you are I ryt when I was well hydrated and did some diy with essential oils girls were like what are you doing lol idk I’ma dude but I’m almost 39 I smoked weed and cigs since I was 11 it defo took its toll but I wanna take care of myself now instead of destroy myself.you have fantastic skin yourself😁not to be a weirdo but that’s the first thing I notice on a woman her skin hair and how she carries herself.

I’m sorry. That had to be rough. But you really need support. Think of you and your boys. That’s the most important thing in my opinion. You should have some good support tomorrow for that to. Hang in there you’re worth it and so are those boys.

I think you, in this picture, should be the poster boy for talking sober. You look so happy. I bet you were never truly this happy when you weren’t sober. Congratulations on the 1082 or 83 or 84 days or whatever number it is. It looks so good on ya.

Made it to 11 months sober and couldn’t be happier! Amazing weekend that would have never been possible without finally getting my act together! This sober life is working out!!!
