So happy to be finding the strength n motivation to get to the gym daily n not miss a day. Great waking up daily with a clear head . Not sleeping through the night n still in pain daily, thats from my injury n surgery. But still push myself to do what I’m able. I know I’d be in a lot worse shape if I was still drinking every day. So I’m thankful for the gift of sobriety each waking day.
