day 225! Just got done mowing the yard! First time in the 8.5 years we’ve lived here. Haha Hubs is working today and hes 2 weeks no alcohol! Life is good!!

Got 17 days. Just getting off work.
Going to my new place at a clean & sober house.
Its amazing how much my life has turned around in such a short amount of time.
I was living on the streets for about 10 years. Using and drinking every day. And now here I am hitting up meetings and going to work. I never would of thought that I would have a job and a place of my own. Thru this past month I can see that anything is possible.

My daughter is in hair school. Today she asked me to be her hair model for her upcoming test. Not too shabby!

Ms. Monkey got me a hairbrush hair dryer combo contraption…figured it would be good for my beard. While a tad fancy for the redneck in me, I kinda like it…beard looks good!
