good morning y’all day 250 here. I definitely am feeling burnt out. Between work, home and another death in the family. I’m just so drained. The good news is. I was able to take some vacation days… next week in only work 3 days and the week after I only work two. It is hard for me to take time off because I am the only one running the entire dentist office. Luckily I am not having any urges to drink. I just need to push through and take these extra days off to refresh. Hugs and strength to you all!
