Muscle memory we all have itā¦Today was my second day back and pushing through the soarness . I am a little disappointed i lost strenght but will be back up to the heavy weights soon enough .

Honestly it wont even take longā¦ mabey a couple to a few weeksā¦ mabey 1 montj but you will be back to doing ur max in no timeš start slow ans light n work u way up to grt into the groove of thibgs. FITNESS basically is now my āthingā instead of opiatesā¦it really does help
