So ive really tapped into some self discipline and started doing damn near daily yoga practice and meditation for the past three weeks… I’ll tell you what, I sure am waking up a lot happier. I feel I have much more in my gas tank to not only love myself but share with others. I am thoroughly enjoying this, and I’m very excited to see where this takes me
