Thank you! I would say I have 2 favorite changes so far…1) Mental clarity and 2) Physically I FEEL healthier (and my skin is clearer YAY )

Nope, not navy. But come from a long line of military in my family (dad, grandfather, and on & on). Also a couple past relationships of military. Almost enlisted myself at one point but didn’t happen. Maybe I should change the anchor to a wave or lobster etc
