Hey Mandi, one more race remains for the season. My little brother is coming out from Oregon, we’re doing different distances at another triathlon in NH next month. He’s also checking off his last 3 states of the lower 48, VT, NH, and we’re going to drop over into ME for lunch! And all because I don’t take one drink for one day…

Day 629…sober selfie in kefalonia… really gorgeous place…I took my son snorkeling in the Mediterranean today for the first time…he said it was his best day ever!

Yeah I’m pretty shocked now. At first I was worried it wouldn’t grow, now I’m praying it slows the fuck down as theres still a month of Summer left and its warm under there

I know I felt great when I left my job (a bit confused at first, but relieved… the “confused” part made me forget a lot of my books in the office - a year later, I still didn’t pick them up ).
