Hello! I am. My depression has been seeping back in but nothing I canāt handle. By being aware of it, I give it less power. Itās been receding the last few days, hopefully that continues. I have been trying to set something up with a local therapist to help me sift through some things, which has been comically unsuccessful so far but I am taking it in stride. Her voicemail is just a generic robot voicemail so I have been hesitant to leave a message, but havenāt been able to get in touch other ways. Keep trying. Iāll try a different one if it becomes apparent I wonāt be able to reach her.
and yourself, my friend? How are things? Hockey season is so close I can taste itā¦

Have you checked your vitamin D levels? Low vitamin D can contribute to depression, and onset corresponds with the shortening of days.

I find myself listening to the Faces once again. Every now and then my musical journey brings me back to them, eventually.

Iāve had many of the same issues as yourself. Stay focused and know that the promises do come trueif youāre willing to be honest with yourself. I just picked up my two year sobriety chip at my home groups birthday night last night. But for the grace of God go Iā¦

Bought mine on āMarktplaatsā itās a Dutch internet place were Dutch people sell there stuff on. So the lamp is second hand. But I guess if you Google you find places were to buy them!
