I’m still working on some small issues before I release it.

How will we know when we are able to get the update for Android ?

Your Google Play app will automatically download it when it’s available.

Great, thanks for the information and THANK YOU doing this!

I’m sorting out the final touches. There are some nuances with the Android widgets that I’d like to resolve before I publish it.

Thank you for this! This is why I am here. Love the widget!

It was a major new feature and quite a lot of work actually! But it’s definitely worth it for iPhone. It adds a new dimension to the app. The older today widgets just are not as good looking.

I’ve submitted the new version to the Google Play Store for Android. It’s a staged roll out, with 10% of the total user base getting it every few days.

I have been updated to the new android version and it looks great. I am unable to add photos, the button doesn’t do anything. Thanks for all your hard work Robin.

i am loving the new new version. But for some reason my gboard doesnt autosuggest anymore and it doesnt start with a capital letter after a “.”. and my phone seems to be a lit slower too, but that could also be because I have a motion background on one of my addictions.

Are you on the display page? You then go to Background > Upload. And nothing happens? On Android it will ask you for permission to access your device files. The only reason it wouldn’t do this is if you’ve already denied it in the past. Perhaps on the old version.

You can check if you have granted permission by going to your Android’s settings > Apps > Sober Time > Permission.

If that doesn’t solve it, could you tell me what Android version you are on and what device you are using?

I’ll look into the gboard issues. And yes, the motion background will require a bit more resources than a normal image. Can you try changing it out for a normal background to see if that solves the problem?

I don’t have a motion background now and my gboard is normal again, so I think all those issues had to do with the motion background. And my phone is back to its usual speed

If I select a new background and then click the screen, the menu at the bottom doesn’t go down, whilst another menu does come up.

I’m not sure what you mean by this. Could you go into more detail?

And I can’t upload photos to the forum through phone anymore, I think that that is what @Dan531 also meant

I think the menu thing happens everytime you open 2 consecutive menu’s in the display menu, and then select something new. I don’t think it occurs when you edit something(color, thickness, size, tint)
It occurs when:
display>background>standard>“select a picture”
display>background>extended>“select a picture”
display>background>motion>“select a picture”
(It does not occur when selecting the upload option.)
display>tracker>font>“select a font”
I think those 4 instances are the only 4 when the “glitch” occurs

What does “Edit>Optional>Interval” do?
