I am 30 days clean today. I feel good and it feels good to not wake up with a headache or feeling sick. Though on the weekends it gets very hard for me i get bored and want to drink.

Im catching myself having to take sleeping pills everyday now. I hope this doesnt become an addiction
I have found sleep meditation really do help. Obviously results vary, but worth a try.

Thank you. I was very dependent on Benedryl to sleep so I’ve been really really working on not going back there either. How do you feel about super basic meditation/yoga? I found like a 10/15 min bedtime yoga/meditation that was very helpful (I still use occasionally)It’s in YouTube, but I can send the link if you are interested. Not trying to been pushy lol

Like i said its the weekends that are really hard for me being that im off work amd theres not much for me to do. As the days get warmer i know it will get harder. I do feel good on the inside though. Its been 34 days. But im so lonely from losing ao many friends and family due to my alcoholism
