Has anyone opted for a tattoo that means something to them regarding their sobriety? Maybe a milestone? Or a visual reminder that you are on the right path every day staying substance free?

ive got chips for the years sober and a bracelet with my sober date , was sponsoring a guy a few years ago he got a tattoo with his sober date a few months later he decided to give booze another try ? hes been in and out of meetings since wish you well

I have a plan for one in the works for if and when I reach 1 year sober ( currently at 9 months). It will not be including a date ( because as @Ray_M_C_Laren pointed out you never know what could happen) but will be something I can look at as a reminder of how far I’ve come and why to keep going.
