Anyone else struggle, yesterday deleted all apps from phone.
Had a tracker on and was shocked with the amount of hours wasting time scrolling, reading friends quotes and thinking really?
Im on here for stopping drinking but would cringe at the things i would write when drunk !
Come to a point in my life where i dont enjoy it, why do i feel the need to share every event/holiday for likes ?.
I come off it then have to go on its like an addiction in itself ev

I’ve been off social media for 8½ months now and probably my biggest advice is to ignore the FOMO and just try to make use of your free time. A good strategy is to try to limit phone usage to below 1 hour a day. A trusted resource for me is an app called AppBlock, which can block apps and websites, and with its Strict Mode feature you can’t loosen the rules for any reason for up to 24 hours on the free plan but up to 100 days on the premium plan.
