One day at a time - and pay attention to HALT:
Hungry (so eat something)
Angry (so talk with somebody about what happened)
Lonely (so find a group to visit Online meeting resources or come here on TS)
Tired (so rest, sleep)
These are healthy human normal needs and in addiction we ignore them, even to the point we stop recognizing them. Pay attention to these because ignoring them is often the first step to relapse.
