I love Brussels sprouts, especially roasted! Did you know @JazzyS that they also work really well in an Indian curry?

Maybe it’s me but I love all earthy/root veggies in a curry, like parsnip and butternut squash etc.

interesting for sure – i don’t know many Indian dishes that have those veggies in em. Will have to do some experimenting First time I had parsnips was in England about 25 years ago and only in a vegetable roast.
I’ve already eaten but already mouth watering for upcoming food possibilities LOL

Cauliflower is another one, but I think that is a bit more established in Indian cuisine?

Y’all making me hungry. Love the virtual potluck idea. But mostly love that this is a beautiful Fam of fellow sojourners. Cherry pie girl here. A real from scratch cherry pie. Not the gooey kind with soggy crust sold in grocery stores Will we play games at our potluck?
