Continuing to stick to my morning routines which really determine the rest of my day. Water and fruit before anything. Prayer, readings, go for a walk … Then I can begin my day. I have to stick to my boundaries. I have to listen to my body and my mind. I have to take things slow in the morning. I feel myself coming out of a funk It’s because I’m sticking to my program, and not letting my guard down. I’m practicing gratitude today. Routines, schedules, discipline. Hope everybody has a good day

Eric, this and another cat mug were purchased at Cost Plus World Market over a year ago. I’ll have to look next time I am in to see if they still make!
