try and find something to reconnect gently when getting home. These feelings after family can be high out there. do not let your engine get forced from 5th gear to parking… it takes time to shift back to neutral. (isnt it nice that there is always metaphors for when real deal is to overwhelming)
I read it at the beginning of my journey and found it very helpful. I also recommend Quit Like A Woman by Holly Whitaker, that one is my new favorite on sobriety and recovery.

Whatever is cool! I have seen the squat challenge, 10 for every day you’re on, like 1st day -10 squats, 2nd- 20, 3rd-30… etc I vote no push-ups though b/c i hate them SO much!!
Im not much of a reader because I study so much that I dont feel like reading afterwards. But I would love to be a part of your journey on the book on the side, if thats okay. And then still be a part of this amazing group

Im not so much into push ups myself … Can lift my own body. But lets work on the but then, with some squats - i found this one, who is up ?
Try to get home and do some relaxing time dear, maybe a long bath or if you have a bathtub, do that with some candles and work on your breathing. Try to acknowledge your thoughts and then throw them away again
