Neither team are very good really. I know it’s the first game but both teams are very slow and will struggle against better teams.

Ireland blew their chance to qualify while giving me shreds of hope in the process. Someday they’ll be back in it…it’s only been since 2002

Fell asleep during the first match. Looking at the schedule I’m realizing how many matches I’ll miss bc it’s the time I want and need to be sleeping. Well, it’s 104 matches anyway. So that’s OK.

Same here menno,even the 9pm kick offs are going to a bit of a struggle for me as im up for work at 4am,weekends should ok though,ill defo watch a few of them

I had a World cup ‘94 Ireland kit that was lost to the sands of time at some point. Wish I still had it. I think it was the same exact one Dougal wore in Father Ted lol

,youll probably be able to get hold of like a replica version of that top,that one ive got there isnt a real one,I think the real one was made by admiral the one I’ve got is made by score draw retro,decent quality aswell

Hoping Canada does well. They’ve really been on the upswing over the last decade or so.
Interested to see how Tajon Buchanan does for them, he got his start with the team back in Massachusetts that I grew up watching/had season tickets for until I moved to Arizona. He went to Club Brugge back then in 2021 or so, but I believe now he’s in Italy or Spain. Haven’t seen him play since he left New England, when he was still very young and inexperienced but showing moments of pure magic. Good to see him again.

6-7 hrs driving per day, over 6 days. Planned to allow 8-10 hrs per day to do it, so it was low pressure with plenty of time to stop along the way and see different cities, or to account for any unplanned delays. I look back on that week very fondly. A tremendous sense of freedom to be found on the road.
