It’s from yesterday. I think they work on American time. I ran out last night and they havn’t renewed yet.

I got the butterfly one 
& I got a one month sobriety token (under $10) I checked to see if my budget allows today . I am keeping it in my pocket at all times. It feels eerie guys. No high or hit - almost like …I don’t know. I don’t need anything to keep me leveled or high. Infact I like me now. This will get me through those really intense hysteria moments - I wish they had some way to put it on a necklace.

You could always drill a hole in the chip and put it on a necklace. Get creative.

Almost $19 in Canadian.
In 6 month’s time I am getting this engraved on a necklace. With a middle finger and triangle LOL!

It’s okay thanks. Nice and relaxed I have a doctor’s appointment this afternoon though, not for anything major. I just thought that I would mention the app shop as you wanted a necklace I hope that I didn’t cause an impulse of any kind. I’ve only just realised that that was possible, sorry.

I have got it all under control. 
Thank you for being so kind and compassionate. It js nice but not a necessity. My progress is worth more. One day at a time right? I just got done all my doctors appointments for October. I go back next month for more and then treatments. So a mellow day I hear?
Yep, I did say that I would go in to work this morning but I didn’t feel too good last night so I took the morning off aswell.
