Good morning from Texas friends! Trying out a new AA meeting this morning. Not a step study and it’s women only. I have high hopes. It’s chilly and cloudy here and I don’t want to get out of bed!

Good thanks, cleaned all upstairs for the second time to get rid of the floor dust! It keeps coming back 
and now going to take Ethan out for a ride to the bus station, buses are his obsession and he’s all out of sorts with it being half term so hopefully it will settle him down a bit, it will have to be in the car though because it’s absolutely tipping down! How are you doing today?

Hi guys. As it stands I’m stuck at work at the moment.
Lady boss just came back in on a tractor because all roads in are flooded.
I’m hoping that now it’s stopped raining it might well all run off. Going to check in a bit.

I could see why that would keep you up. Any triggers going on during the day that might be contributing to the dreams? Are you still using the meditation app at night? It’s really helped me fall asleep. I’ve woken up at 4:30 every morning this week for no obvious reason. I manage to fall back asleep rather quickly. But that’s got me feeling groggy all day. I imaging you are exhausted Conor!

I think there may have been a little flooding around here, they were warning of it. I live quite high up though so never see any.
Starts in an hour. Just finished my coffee 
& Bible/prayer time. Gotta get myself cleaned up and dressed. My snuggly robe is so comfy but I know I’ll feel better once I get a shower. I’m sure the other ladies will appreciate me being freshly washed for the meeting.

Ugh that’s rough, it’s bad enough working Saturday without getting stuck there!
Hum it’s frustrating when that happens, I haven’t had a drinking dream for a while but they do pop up sometimes. Have you made any changes to or started taking any medications? Over the counter or otherwise? I always get crazy dreams when I change meds
