Now that would be akin to cutting your nose off to spite your face.
I’m just going seeing a man about a dog and then I’ll check back in m8!
Hello beautiful people. Hell no would I ever delete a thread. I don’t even know if you can… Thanks @anon13078412 of thinking of me after all
I hope you all have beautiful evening. Finally back home in the cold… But happy… One suitcase didn’t arrive. This didn’t happen in a long time… Well. Life is good so far. I hope for all of you too
It’s not that I didn’t think of our remember your Julia is just that your that special I felt your deserved to be mentioned in a single post, note at the same time as all the other Rif raf
Glad you’re back @anon35096624! Hope you get that lost suitcase sooner than later. What a hassle!
Yeah I got myself back in Julia’s good books but the rest of you now want me to hang.
Did they find your suitcase? Will they mail it or do you have to go pick it up at the airport? That sucks!
Good evening Conor. How was your day my eejit?
I just couldn’t resist.
Don’t you just love how the Irish can get away with calling anyone an idiot? I suggest to someone to try an AA meeting and get my head bitten off, Conor calls someone an eejit and they greet him with open arms!
Exactly! You gotta watch those Irishmen. They get away with everything.
I think you’re on to something there. I’m a sucker for an accent.
An old friend of mines brother went to America for something like six months, he’s kinda dorky but is essentially a nice guy. He says that he had women falling at his feet, can an English accent really cause so much chaos?
She prefers the mancunion accent the most mate
True! I love the irish accent. I read your replys with the accent in mind.
I can tell you what I like least - New York/Boston accents. But most British/English/Irish/Australian accents are lovely I think. I find it very difficult to understand Indian folks when they speak English. Same with most Asian accents. The lady that does my nails is Vietnamese and sometimes I have absolutely no idea what she is saying! But we try to work it out and I teach her new English words all the time. She didn’t know what a hot tub was the last time I was in. That was an interesting conversation.
Sad to say but absolutely. I know some women who positively swoon over a British accent. They find it very charming. It’s romanticized on American TV a bit so I don’t think that helps.
