Yes bit of a unsettled night again cos I’m off my sleeping meds so my sleeping isn’t great . I also meet a dog walking lady at 7.30am with teddy . The lady has 2 Springer spaniel and teddy loves running around with them ! I must be crazy getting up at this time so he can play !!! How’s u getting on with sleeping? Your up early x

I never found zopiclone to be addictive tbh but it’s not a good thing for us addicts to take I suppose, a la I know somehow managed to die from taking zopiclone and subutex.
Yes I will see her I think that they are coming up around midday and then starting for dinner. I’ve spoilt her a bit with a massive Barbie aeroplane and a Ken pilot but I don’t have any kids of my own and I have to spoil someone. They are staying for Christmas dinner I think.
