This is what my life has been missing!
Brock let the little guy lethargically crawl onto his tail, who shortly stopped crying out. So Brock gently transferred him to his back, and resumed his quest. The tiny reptile he carried was surprisingly cold to the touch… no wonder he was having a hard time. A few hours riding on his back, basking in the sun would do him some good.
It only took a couple of hours for Brock to follow the trail and catch up to his herd . Reunited with the family!
Suddenly Brock heard wings and saw a winged shadow on the ground, and turned to face it, but it was too late! A bird of prey snatched up the little friend from his vulnerable sunning position on Brock’s back! With great speed, it disappeared quickly from view above the tree canopy…
There is nothing to be done, and Brock is saddened. What could make him feel better?
- Spend some quiet time alone by the water
- Eat with his herd
- Go up the mountain to look at the view

Must advance plot!!!
It’s a dead heat! Don’t know what to do with that, so I’m giving this poll more of a chance to work itself out…
The worst Starburst:
- Red
- Yellow
- Orange
- Pink

I cannot participate in your poll. All starburst are good.
Equally good though…?
Right after I replied I realized my son still has plenty of starburst left over from halloween. I shall try each one after dinner then vote.
@Eke Ok so pink is definitely the worst starburst. They all taste good at the end but that first bite into the pink starburst reminds me of vomit. Orange is by far the best
See, this was a ruse. I like red and pink and now know who to hang with to trade all my yellows and oranges. Everybody wins!
I’ll fight you for the yellow and orange ones.
PS: whatever happened to the green (lime) ones? I haven’t come across those for a while
You can take them!
Whaaat, I don’t remember green ones stateside? I do know Skittles changed green from lime to apple which ruined the whole melange. Bleh!
Why, thank you!!
I opened 4 packets of the leftover Halloween snack sizes, and they ALL were friggin pink!! Chucked them all in the trash.
Maybe I am remembering the lime ones from when I lived in the UK, which was a looong time ago. I’m out of touch with their goodies these days
I just realized that I mis-read your post.
It’s @Gotno I’d have to fight.
I guess I need a snack right about now!
How much snow does your town receive. This in inches. Deal with it.

I need a “it depends” category. Some years we get snow. Some we don’t. No idea what this year will be like. The only consistent thing about our weather is the lack of consistency in the winter.
A bit of the same. We have had winters with only a dusting, but last winter we had several feet dump on us all in one weekend.
Well, to be fair we’ve never had enough to use the term “feet”. I think the most I remember in the past 15 years has been about 10 inches. And that shut everything down! We don’t get much snow in this part of Texas.
We normally get ice instead of snow which is very treacherous driving. We use year round tires here, so no extra traction in snow and especially ice.
