I live in a relatively small town/city for California, but I realize there are many different definitions for “small” when it comes to population. I’m curious how big your town/city population is =)

It’s interesting to me to consider this. I currently live in a community of 50k+ but am in the process of moving across the river to what is essentially an extension of my current city. But it’s definitely a small town with those small town vibes, somewhere around pop of 1,500. I will still be shopping and visiting current larger town most days and it will feel like I live there. Or not? I’m not sure yet. I’ve lived in this area for only 4.5 years total (those pandemic years in a new community were so weird, too) so it’s just starting to feel like home.
