(An ode to Scorpios, Happy Birthday you one of a kind)
The New Moon today Nov 1st is one that can facilitate letting go.
Someone invited me to do this recently, and I wanted to share. Do the following, if you wish to honor this new Moon.
Identify a distortion of the mind you hold on to that doesn’t do you any favor, but you keep f’n doing it:
- filterring: dwelling on negative by straining the positives
- polarization: all-or-nothing
- overgeneralization: always, never, everything, drawing conclusions from limited experience or information
- fallacy of change: expect others to change for you
- emotional reasoning: I feel this, and this is fact
- shoulds: subjective rules set for you and others
- discounting positive: like filtering, but does not see positive has having value
- jump to conclusions: interpret even without evidence
- catastrophize: jump to worst case scenario
- personalization: you’re responsible for events out of your control
- control fallacies: either you feel over responsible for others’ lives or you perceive to have zero control
- fallacy of fairness: measuring everything on a scale of fairness
- blaming: make others responsible for how you feel
- global labelling: take one thing turn into an absolute
- always being right

Do you see the results, who chose what, on my polls? I don’t see it personally, but does everyone else see who chose what? I was under the impression it was anonymous

On your polls I don’t see who chose what but I do see it in others.
I haven’t messed with the poll feature so not sure if some kinda box to mark to make the polls anonymous

We start playing and singing advent themed music starting on the first Advent Sunday. Same goes for advent decorations and activities.
About a week before Christmas we start practicing christmas carols and other related music. Then the Christmas days until about NewYear is the time to perform
