Keep in touch with other people in recovery. Talking Sober is a good place for that, and recovery groups can help too: Resources for our recovery Addiction loves it when we are alone. Reaching out to connect with others in recovery helps prevent that problem.

Welcome here! 
Changes are difficult and this one is no exeption. But you can do this! Be nice to your body because it work hard for you. Pamper it with a nice hot shower ore bath, healthy food and drinks. Maybe a small nap somewhere during the day? Your sleep patern will be not normal for a few weeks ore months. But when that settles in it will be so much better then it ever was!
If you need help ore advice, just ask!
There is always someone around to help.

A wonderful place to be here and in life. It truly does get better the farther down the path you go.
