I’m caught up to today - just forget to post daily ![]()
Today I did a 14K hike! So not really a rest day! Really enjoyed, with lunch in a restaurant half way down! ![]()
That’s my kind of hike! No need to bring protein bars lol

In June 2021 there was a plank challenge… I was in it and doing fine until 1:50 … I did it and then later had something go wrong w the lateral side of my lower leg. I think I was feebly holding up my whole body w that one muscle. It took quite some time to heal. Lesson for me. It was great I could get to 1 min 50 seconds but best for me to break it into pieces the next time. I think it was June 17th not sure. 2021. Cheering you all on! Editing to add that that challenge was headed to 5 min at the end.
