After 50+ years of cycling I did my first professional bike fitting session today. So much fun! Project dream bike is underway

This might have been the best day for bike riding this year. Cold but not too cold (so my feet didn’t freeze). Foggy start but clear and sunny for the best part. Not much wind but just enough to have a nice little push in my back on the way home. And very quiet on the roads. Loved it!

I was thinking about it, but I really don’t have the space at home. Now investing in another outdoor bike…
Today smelt like spring. Not there yet, but it’s coming. Love from the bike paths around Amsterdam

My ride yesterday. Lots of water, lots of dikes. And a lot of
. A lot of distance too. 160.6 km or 99.9 m. I’m still recovering but it was a good ride.

It’s time I go to Paris again. Last time is maybe 40 years ago. Would love to bike around a bit.

My club organised Tour de Ricky ride today, taking place at West London (as we’re West London Cyclists club) and I was helping out as I didn’t sign up. My mate who was also helping decided to do a short(ish) 50km ride. I joined 
and ended up doing 80km today when counting in the way there and back to the venue. What a great day
