Thanks, Seb. Really appreciate the supportive messages in the last few weeks man it really helped. Started running lately and the pain of exercise just melts away mental pain and journaling and other activities mop up the rest. Looking forward to doubling down on positive choices in all areas.

Congratulations Duncan this is a big win and the result of commitment and accountability on your part. I am really proud of you.
