2 day to go and I can step on the scale again :confetti_ball:
Curious about my weight after 2 months no physical training ore walking and 1 month no weighing. Hope my feet healed well and I can slowly get back my “fit”.

Ok, I could weight myself again. And I was pleased: only 0,8 kilo extra (1,7 lb).
Haven’t had the option to walk ore sport in two months now. Still can’t. Hope to get green light for it next week :pray:

Ok I have been working out x3 a week at the gym plus walks and core work outs and Im not losing. I know it my eating. I have to dial
It in. Im 215 lbs as of this morning and was 209 on friday. Im frustrated but not giving up.

I know that’s frustrating but keep doing what you are doing. The healthy habits will pay off (sometimes takes longer for the results to show externally). You are looking and doing great :hugs:

The sad truth about exercise is that it also makes you hungrier!

Could you try keeping a food diary for a week ? (I apologise if you have already done this). I found it really instructive as certain things had way more calorific value than I ever imagined.

Yes I use my fitness pal. But on the weekends I am neglectful in my tracking. But not like im eating 3500 extra calories. I coming to believe that im one of those women who have to weigh and count everything or starve myself to see the number drop. :thinking::grin:

Maybe you are building muscle strenght because of your exersizing? That gives extra weight on the scale as well and isn’t bad! That why I also measure my waist and other parts of my body with a measuring tape.

Only by looking after what I eat. Still no sport ore walking. Next wednesday is my hospital appointment for my feet. It’s still a bit sore so I hope they not decide to put the plaster back on.

Good morning I definitely would not start any type of testosterone therapy without getting blood work done first to see where your current levels are at. It can be really bad for us if we take it when our levels are within range. I was looking into the same thing a couple months ago and there are a lot of side effects that can happen. My doctor wouldn’t allow me to start because my levels were still in the normal range. Hope that helps!

I can relate to @Chevy55. It seems that no matter what I do I am staying at the same weight. The only thing else I can think of is maybe my MH medication.

Weighing in at 191 and my target weight for my height is 165. I will keep trying though.

Checking in. Its been awhile. Im staying steady around 150lbs. 68lbs muscle. 18% body fat. Happy. Ofcourse id like to sit around 145 but im happy to be strong
