  • Run regularly (which is not happening lately, half blame is on me, other half on the weather)
  • Workout with kettlebells at home, at least 3 x 30min at home

I would say Iā€™m quite active person, waking up at 6 and on my legs all day. With 3 little boys on board there is no chill  I ride a bike a lot as well.
My problem is definitely food. I try to eat healthy, and I usually do, but I tend to forget to eat lunch and then afternoon stuff myself with all kind of junk when super hungry.
I should put more effort in meals planning.

Weighed today 174.1 Last weigh in Oct 15 173.6. I am pleased. Back on focusing on my intake. I find when weight goes up it affects my mood and mindset so avoid the f**king scale. I really believed I was back in the 180s. Numbers matter to me as I am an accountant. See you later!

You got this. Atleast youre aware in some areas that prove to be challenging. Its all about progress, you can taper off over time rather than cold turkey, ya know. I know you can do it

Have any of you ever taken beef organ supplements? Thereā€™s a company called Heart and Soil that I purchased some from and my friend says that they are bad for your body? Theyā€™re made with cow liver, spleen, heart, kidney and pancreas. Just curious thanks!

I take a beef liver supplement! I donā€™t see how it could be bad for you but then again Iā€™m not a doctor lol

The one I take isnā€™t from that company and itā€™s only one ingredient ( beef liver), Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s a big difference from yours or not.

Thank you man, yeah my friend got in my head and I went down the rabbit hole online last night and it kinda freaked me out. Some of the things I read said it could lead to mad cow disease :rofl::rofl: WTF lol. I think that just a liver supplement would be beneficial but Iā€™m not sure about all the others in the one I bought. Lesson learned as they are also super expensive! Have a great day and thank you again! :sunglasses::metal:t2:

Back here again! I wasnā€™t fitting into my winter clothes a few weeks ago, so my doctor prescribed an appetite suppressant. It worked really well for about a week, and had the intended effect of being able to wear my winter parka, but my emotions have been so intense that I just ignore the fact that Iā€™m not hungry. I had gotten pretty good at recognizing and respecting hunger and fullness. I know I need to work on my mindfulness.

211.3 lbs on todayā€™s scale check-in. Feeling pretty good. Noticed a little bloating in the lower abdomen but not painful, thankfully.
