Still at good ol’ 150. Had a really difficult week emotionally and mentally but tried to track and make decent decisions. Yesterday not so much - saw there was a new upscale ice cream place in town so we went and got some. That was dinner. It was damn good though!

I was 117kg (257lbs) at one point before I stopped drinking. Lost about 7or 8kg just by stopping drinking. Now after a few injuries and issues I’m needing to drop a bit more weight to make life a bit easier. Down to 105kg (230lbs) today, short term is to get back down to 100kg.
I am supporting you. I lost a good amount of weight recently but see the increase lately. I cannot let life’s challenges be in control of my healthy habits I have acquired. You got this I am sure.
Weightloss check in! I’ve been consistently gaining weight since December and finally mentioned it to my GP on Monday. I’ve gone from 74kg up to 83kg, and I really want to get back down again.
So, I’m only going to have chocolate once a week as a treat, I’m going to have an ice lolly at 53 calories after dinner instead of a big pudding of profiteroles and ice cream, and I’m about to head out on a decent walk, which I haven’t done in ages.

I’m going to do another 8km walk this afternoon as it’s a lovely day here.
Weightloss update:
I reached my new low goal! Actual 1 lb less. Ive gone from 250+lbs to 138.9lb in 2.25yrs all thanks to diet, exercise, accountability, and consistency!
I was worried i gained these past two weeks that ive been on exercise restriction but ive been tracking my food intake (calories and macros) on myfitnesspal app for free. I havent been perfect. I didnt log a few days and overdid it but im honest with myself.
Its a negotiation. Sometimes the food noise is loud. Chocolate has been screaming at me for months. I indulge but only after eating whole foods and staying close to calories goal.
Progress over perfection my friends. We can do hard things heck we got sober!!

I’m still at my 150 lbs. But I keep tracking and trying to control my compulsive eating. One thing that I am trying is to not eat snacks, just eat 3 meals that I plan out ahead of time. Taking snacks out of the equation will give me way less decisions to make throughout the day, where I usually struggle all day and then fail around 4 pm from decision fatigue.
