As much as we been eating out and traveling Iām happy with it. Surprised really.
Was down 16lbs.. went up 3, starting my no added sugar journey now as Iām sure thatās what caused it. Still 20lbs away from goal.

Iām down to 146 after being 150 +/- for like a year. Iām still having impulse control and binge issues but mostly been consistent.
Being able to see little changes just for losing 5 lbs is so crazy! My face looks thinner, my clothes fit a tiny bit better - and my clothing is the main reason I want to lose weight. I have a lot of cute clothes that no longer fit.
Obviously I also want to be healthy, and all of my fat is concentrated around my belly so I know that can cause worse health issues then fat distributed elsewhere.
Lost 1 kilo/2,2 lbs in 4 weeks and didnāt loose muscle so Iām happy.
Work in progress, still high in fat according to my muscles.
Since I do strenghttraining I gained 3 kilo/6.61 lbs in muscles and lost 4,5 kilo/9,92 lbs of fat ![]()
And watch my calorie intake ofcourse.

Itās funny how you gain weight when you donāt exercise. Hadnāt had time this week. Next week isnāt looking good either. But itās good to know. Family is more important anyway.

I weighed yesterday and down 1/2 pound. Been splurge weekend for me as Hubbyās Bday. Back at it this week and hopefully can not see my increase as know itās there.
Dr. Put me on a Mediterranean Keto ish lifestyle change. He wants me 50 carbs or less and cut out the added Sugar. Iām going to do it. Weighted in at 257 this morning.
Last year my addiction came to the surface and put my marriage on really rocky ground. To āproveā to my wife that I could stay sober, I told her I would stick to my diet/weight loss plans because if I couldnāt do that, I couldnāt refrain from my other addiction either. While we worked on our relationship problems I lost 106lbs and went from 330 to 224 and felt on top of the world. Once it became apparent that our marriage was ending, I found that I was stress/binge eating. My wife has left and Iāve gained about 80lbs back in the past 8-10months. Iāve got some really big life things happening in the next 6-8 months and Iām really hoping to get back in the weight loss wagon again so Iāll try to stay active in this thread and Iām excited to start the journey again

What was your diet that helped you lose 106?
Well I think a decent bit of it was the anxious feeling of not knowing if my wife was going to leave which made it hard to eat a lot of the time. But I was doing ketovore (carnivore but I allowed 0 sugar seasonings/sauces/drinks).
Back on track, down 2 pounds this month so far. Slow and steady. Watching my sugar intake is helping.
