Well i cant believe it. After dreadiing the scales I am 16 pounds lighter than the last weigh in back in Feb. So despite losing my way on the weight loss journey i still dropped without knowing it. (I have a lot to loose) yay for sobriety weight loss. I now want to lose enough to actually notice and get back to a healthy weight. Today is a good day

I am new to this thread but hoping this may help me with some accountability.
I’ve lost 7lbs over the last 85 days. Paying better attention to what I eat. Zero exercise though. I’m going to start weighing on Fridays. So yesterday I was sitting at 180. I’m having surgery next week so won’t be able to start exercising until the following week. I have a HORRIBLE sweet tooth since getting sober! Definitely need to grab the reins on that!
